Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information:

We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. All online purchases include a AH & Co gift box, which is packaged into a secure, non-branded postal pack. Most fine jewelry is made to order so we aim to dispatch all online orders within 21 working days. Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Delivery Charges:

US & HK: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via FedEx Priority by 5pm. Orders should arrive within 10 working days.

International:  No delivery charge. All orders are sent via FedEx International Priority Mail (dependent on local mail restrictions). Orders should arrive within 20 working days.

Returns:

Whilst we hope that you will love your AH & Co jewelry, items can be returned or exchanged within 28-days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in the original salable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within 14 days once the item is returned to AH & Co. 

It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a bespoke piece of jewelry or items that have been personalized, we may not be able to accept a return. We will always notify you when we cannot honor our returns policy before shipping out the products to you and ask you to accept the revised terms and conditions.
